Do you need to update your address?
Request replacement of a missing or damaged issue:
For over 90 years, we’ve worked hard to make sure your Jewish Times is delivered in a timely manner. Baltimore area subscribers should receive the JT no later than Monday; subscribers outside the Baltimore area should have it no later than the Wednesday after publication. Occasionally, however, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail.
If an issue does not arrive or arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service Department at 410-902-2300 and we’ll be happy to replace it. You may want to check the label of the last issue you received to be sure your subscription has not expired. If you have additional questions, you may also email us at email@example.com.
