PUBLIC AFFAIRS ANNOUNCEMENT

Dr. Robert O. Freedman, Visiting Professor at The Johns Hopkins University, will deliver an address titled “Russia and the United States: Is Reconciliation Possible?” before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. The program will be held in the Constellation Room at the World Trade Center Baltimore, 401 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 at 6:00 p.m.

Reservations are required. Members may attend free of charge and membership is open to the public. Non-member admission is $25.00 and the guest fee is $10.00.
