During the month of October, Mount Clare is decorated depicting an eighteenth-century mourning scene. Tours will touch on mourning rituals and beliefs in early America, allowing visitors to see how death and mourning from the past differs from modern day. These tours officially begin on Saturday, October 7 and conclude Sunday, October 29.
