The Baltimore Symphony Associates (BSA), the volunteer and fundraising arm of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO), announces the second annual Kitchens of Note and Symphony of Chefs fundraising event for the educational programs of the BSO. Six spectacular kitchens of private homes in the Laurelford area of Cockeysville will be open for self-guided tours. In addition, each home will feature a well-known local chef or caterer who will be preparing some of their favorite culinary creations for guests to sample. Homes will also feature stunning table designs and floral displays created by local businesses that complement the homeowner’s décor.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the many BSO education programs. Their volunteers provide support at all children and youth concerts including Mid-Week, Music Box, Family Concert Series and OrchKids serving 55,000 students annually.
