From Manager to Leader: People-Focused Strategies to Accelerate Organizational Results

“Accountability expert,” entrepreneur, executive coach and professional speaker, Alan Dobzinski, will explore how to incorporate leadership strategies into your management style, in order to take your team to the top.

Specifically, Dobzinkski will teach how to 1) Move from managing tasks to leading people, 2) Ask the best open-ended questions to develop critical-thinking skills among your team, 3) Motivate your people, while at the same time holding them accountable for results, 4) Understand why asking is much more powerful than telling, 5) Use listening skills to attract accountability, and 6) Experience real-time coaching scenarios to help you bring these skills back to your workplace.

The event also will feature a gourmet breakfast provided by Zia’s Café and a unique networking opportunity, and all attendees will receive an autographed copy of the new release of Dobzinski’s book The Accountability Factor: The Buck Stops Here. Additionally, all CPAs who attend will receive CPE credits from MACPA/BLI.
