In these times of political turmoil, high divorce rate, strained family relations, and the explosion of workplace litigation, Louise Phipps Senft, author of the best-seller Being Relational, has created her Conflict Transformation, Negotiation and Mediation Skills Training Course to show participants the “how to” on effectively navigating and transforming the conflicts they face, from the daily to the large and complex. Louise will take participants through an exploration of their own motivations and personality strengths and challenges, including a look at brain science and somatic experience to explain the conflict experience and why people do what they do in conflict and failed negotiations, and what people need most to be restored to their ability to engage in dialogue. A hallmark of the experiential learning workshop is the supportive non-judgmental learning environment. Many have referred to Louise’s courses as a spa week of the kindest and most impactful personal and professional growth.
