O’Riley is recognized as one of the leading American pianists of his generation. He is known for his eloquent and compelling musings on music and popular culture, as the host of the popular NPR music program, From the Top, in which he introduces nationwide audiences to the next generation of classical music stars. O’Riley’s love of music of all genres has led to multiple popular recordings of the aforementioned groups as well as Radiohead, Portishead, Cocteau Twins, The Smiths, Tears for Fears, and Elliott Smith. Music lovers of all genres will be captivated by the multitude of styles Christopher brings to the stage.
