Dr. Thomas Wright, Director of the Project on International Order and Strategy at the Brookings Institution, will deliver an address titled “The Future of American Foreign Policy in a Disordered World” before the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. The program will be held in the Constellation Room at the World Trade Center Baltimore, 401 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202 at 6:00 p.m.

Reservations are required. Members may attend free of charge and membership is open to the public. Non-member admission is $25.00 and the guest fee is $10.00.
