3rd Annual Morgan Stanley Quarry Lake Fall Fest

The 3rd Annual Morgan Stanley Quarry Lake Fall Fest will be held on Sunday, September 22nd from 11am-5pm

 

More than 75 vendors will be set up on Quarry Lake Dr.. jewelry, arts & crafts and retail vendors plus lots of food and beverages for your enjoyment.

 

On the Walgreen’s stage will be a DJ with contests for prizes, Broesler’s School of Irish Dancing, two bands- Ronnie Smith and Voodooyahoos. There will be a moon bounce, face painting, characturist, balloon art and the Oriole Bird (1:30-3 pm). Great classic cars and more. The Ravens game will be on TV at the Festival. Something for everyone at The 3rd Annual Morgan Stanley Quarry Lake Fall Fest. Admission is free

 

Directions: Beltway exit 22 Greenspring Ave. Head South for a ¼ mile and turn right into Quarry Lake Dr. Plenty of free parking.

The Aspen Trio with Boris Slutsky

Community Concerts at Second will present The Aspen Trio with Boris Slutsky in a free concert on Sunday, September 22, at 3:30 p.m. Returning to the series after rave reviews, the Aspen String Trio will perform with the well-known and Baltimore-beloved pianist Boris Slutsky. Their compelling program will include memorable works by Beethoven, Martinů, and Dvořák.The concert will be held at the Second Presbyterian Church, 4200 St. Paul Street in Baltimore, and is open to the public.

Find out on Sunday, September 22 at 4pm when divas Dyana Neal and Heather Lockard-Wheeler join pianist Lorraine Whittlesey in an afternoon of mid-20th century pop tunes made famous by Julie London, Rosemary Clooney, Keely Smith, and other great ladies of song. Musical selections will include Too Darn Hot, Come On-a My House, Mambo Italiano, You Go To My Head, and more.
