On March 29, Bert Mark Harris of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Baltimore, at 80. He is survived by wife Karen Harris (née Wiesner) and children Aaron (Sandy) Harris, Lee (Marilyn) Harris, Dayna (Seth) Spinner and Billy Sadoff (Brittney Vogt). He was predeceased by Howard and Ruth Harris. His career track began with his father’s hardware store and ended in the GAO. He was a veteran of the Coast Guard and he traveled extensively on cruises with Karen, was an expert gardener, a musician, an avid dancer, an art lover, an all around Mr. Fix It and the patriarch of a large and loving blended family. He had a dry sense of humor, always paired with a twinkle of his eyes.
