Aquarium Hires Conservation Officer

National Aquarium announced Eric Sch-waab as its first-ever chief conservation officer.

Schwaab currently serves as Acting Assistant Secretary for Conservation and Management for the US Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He previously worked for the National Marine Fisheries Service as well as the Maryland Department of Natural resources, where he served as deputy secretary.
