On Dec. 29, Toby Cross (née Shugarman) of Abingdon at 85. She is survived by children Reeca (Jim) Kunkel, Steven Block, Jodi (Bill) Craig and Michele (Chris) Taylor; brother Harvey (Nan) Shugarman; and grandchildren Zachary Baumel (Rahmie Santoso), Megan (Ken) McElwee, Brendan Kunkel, Matthew Kunkel and Lily Block. She was predeceased by husband Don Cross; son Mark Block; and parents Israel Shugarman and Sarah Mazer.
