Hungarian Brownies

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup regular sugar
4 large eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup potato starch
1 cup oil
3 teaspoons Passover baking powder
7 ounces ground filberts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat together both sugars and eggs until thick and light in color. On low speed, add remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Do not overbake. Cut into bars or squares when cool.
Yields about 20 brownies.­
