On Jan. 13, Sylvia Jean Sacks of Baltimore at 102. She is survived by children Robert (Cheryl) Sacks, Stuart Sacks and Mindy Sacks. She was predeceased by husband Jerome J. Sacks; siblings Percy Brill, Fannie Saunders, Sarah Paley and Molly Katzen; and parents Dora and Samuel Brill.
